El mensaje detrás del famoso COVID-19

En qué momento sucedió? Donde estar la mayoría del día y de los días afuera de la casa se cambió por estar adentro? Dependiendo del país en el que estés, a finales del 2019 o durante el primer trimestre del 2020. En mi caso el AÑO es el 2020. Algo que quizás para muchas personas parecía imposible es algo del día a día. Quién adivinaría que una mascarilla o un pañuelo pasarían de oficinas, clínicas, hospitales y tiendas a la sala de tu casa verdad?
Son tantas interrogantes. Se sabe cuándo comenzó, pero no se sabe en qué momento terminará y si termina, nos olvidaremos de él tan fácilmente? Pues la verdad que no sé ustedes, pero me puse a analizar por qué pasó todo esto. 1) Sería que el mundo trataba y trata de decirnos algo que ya algunos recepcionaron, pero otros continúan sin entender? 2) Surgió una teoría afirmando que cada 100 años aproximadamente ocurre una peste o pandemia. 3) Otras personas le echan la culpa a los Chinos y los acusan de haber lanzado al mundo un arma biológica para crear una guerra con intereses económicos escondidos y también, manipular la masa. Me acabo de acordar de las palabras que dijo el actor Jim Carrey cuando recientemente participó en una parodia, donde jugó a ser el ex vicepresidente Joe Biden: “ La ciencia y el “karma” de alguna manera se pusieron de acuerdo para enseñarnos una lección”. Será?
Otros, basados en la teoría que mencioné arriba, se dedican a comparar el covid-19 con la gripe española del 1918 y con otras pandemias. Sí, escribo covid-19 en letras minúsculas porque no se puede engrandecer algo que debemos minimizar cada vez más. Para ser específica, las personas comparan porque piensan que justamente cada 100 años ocurre una pandemia. Al mirar o devolvernos al pasado, a partir de estos años que mencionaré ahora, ha ocurrido una sin falta:
En el 1720 la famosa peste
En el 1820 la epidemia de cólera
En el 1920 la gripe española (la más mortal hasta el momento; con 50 millones de fallecidos)
Finalmente, 100 años más tarde, dentro del término 2019-2020 comenzó la pandemia más impredecible del siglo actual; el covid-19.
Aunque al momento no ha sobrepasado la cantidad de muertos en comparación con la gripe española, no se sabe cuándo se logre detener, por falta de vacuna; ni tampoco a cuántas personas mate al final del día. La peste del año 1720 conocida como la peste de Marsella y la epidemia de cólera (1820) fueron provocadas por una bacteria. Por su parte, la gripe española del 1920 que se originó en Estados Unidos surgió por el virus H1N1 (Influenza A). La pandemia de covid-19 que fue originada en China, también es provocada por un virus. Se ha expandido rápidamente por el mundo y a diferencia de la gripe española que mató a mucha gente joven, ésta ha matado tanto a la juventud como a personas de todas las edades. No deseo desviarme del punto importante aquí, que es el mensaje y/o la moraleja detrás del covid-19, pero también es necesario incluir esta información.
La verdad es que la pandemia ha traído muchas desgracias consigo, pero también cambios, mejoras y hasta un nivel de CONSCIENCIA MAYOR. Debido al confinamiento, uno de esos cambios fue el atraso del Día del Sobregiro Ecológico de la Tierra 2020 (día donde el consumo de los recursos naturales por parte de los habitantes sobrepasa la capacidad de la Tierra de regenerarlos ese año). Ha surgido una mejora para los animales, donde han aprovechado el confinamiento humano para pasearse por las calles en diferentes partes del mundo. Por ejemplo, una noticia del portal en línea France 24, narró como vieron un puma caminar por Santiago, Chile. En Italia vieron delfines nadando en las costas, específicamente en Cagliari. Wow! Es como si sin este tiempo de menos tráfico de gente en las calles, quizás no hubiesen hecho su aparición. También, se vieron patos caminando tranquilos por el área de París. Estos son solamente algunos ejemplos claves porque al ponerme a pensar, necesitaría muchas más páginas para escribir.
Cuando menciono una CONSCIENCIA MAYOR es el punto de enfoque mío. Creo y ando convencida que el covid-19 nos sorprendió a todos, sea por lo que sea y en distintos niveles a cada persona. Si los chinos soltaron el virus o no, eso lo sabrán ellos, pero lo que yo sí sé es que se ha creado un movimiento de contacto humano más cercano y profundo que antes. Aún con la distancia establecida y la nueva forma de contacto. Es cierto que todo esto ha desencadenado en muchas muertes, pero también ha habido un índice de natalidad que va en aumento. QUÉ BENDICIÓN!!! No sé su experiencia, pero de 10 mujeres que conozca, podría decir que he visto como a finales del año pasado o durante este año , al menos 7 han quedado embarazadas o tienen niños que han nacido o nacerán este año 2020. Esta es una nueva generación de niños haciendo historia al nacer en tiempo de pandemia. Siento que serán niños que representan un nuevo concepto del mundo; un mundo lleno de más realidad y conscientización de su alrededor. Me gusta ver a través del “internet” cómo las personas se están quedando en su casa (los que sí y los que pueden) y están convirtiendo su casa en un hogar. También, las personas que están limpiándose de adentro hacia afuera porque ahora están adoptando una manera de ser más saludable , tanto física como emocionalmente. Cabe destacar que estoy consciente de lo fuerte que es para muchos enfrentar estos nuevos cambios de estar encerrado, no poder ver tanto a las personas que quieren, quizás el no poder viajar o trabajar como están acostumbrados, etc. Reconozco que han aumentado los casos de depresión, pero también ha aumentado el calor humano y la comprensión hacia los demás. También, las personas han comenzado a pensar de manera diferente, escuchan de verdad a raíz que si no pueden ver a una persona, entonces, sí la escuchan detenidamente y logran conectar mejor. Personas que quizás no tenían fé, han comenzado a rezar y se han vuelto más espirituales por todo lo que está sucediendo en el mundo. Al vivir en un mundo que va tan de prisa SIEMPRE, ahora en estos tiempos de covid-19 las personas han tenido tiempo de detenerse un poco: a meditar, a pensar, a leer inclusive para estar más consciente de todo lo que sucede a su alrededor y a hacer cosas que hace tiempo no hacían; a reinventarse. virus ha forzado a las personas a ser más limpias. En mi caso, siempre lo he sido, pero ahora me lavo tanto las manos que a veces me siento que me las voy a gastar en cualquier momento. Es que necesitamos un ambiente más limpio, el mundo lo está gritando. La Tierra tiene que sanar.
En fin, este proceso de CONSCIENCIA MAYOR no ha terminado, sino que seguirá a través de tantos golpes y consecuencias globales , ahora es por esta pandemia, pero luego será por otras cosas que ocurrirán porque la vida es un constante cambio inevitable y eso todos lo sabemos. Por eso, el mensaje detrás del covid-19 es sin duda alguna aprender a vivir con CONSCIENCIA MAYOR para tener una vida mejor.

Message behind COVID-19

When did it happen? To be outside of your home has been changed for being inside. Depending on the country you are in, at the end of 2019 or during the first trimester of year 2020. In my case, during the 2020. I could say, something unexpected for everyone, today is part of a new reality. Who would guess that a mask that you used to find in medical offices, hospitals, clinics and in stores would be now in everyone's house?
There are so many questions marks. We know when did it start, but what we don't know is when it will be gone and if yes, will we forget it so easily? I don't know you, but I started to think about all these things happening lately in the world and why covid-19? 1) Would it be the world trying to tell us something some people have caught already, but others don't yet? 2) There is a new theory affirming approximately, every one hundred years (100) a pandemic occurs. 3) Other people are blaming China for throwing away a biological weapon to the world to make war with hidden economical interests, and in some way, to manipulate people. I just remember about some words Jim Carrey recently said in a show (Saturday Night Live) when he was playing ex vice president Joe Biden: "science and karma could somehow team up to teach us a lesson" (Oct. 2020). Would this be true?
Based on the theory exposed above, some people compare covid-19 with the Spanish flu (1918) and with others. Yes, I write covid-19 with lower cases because we can't highlight something that we should minimize. To be specific, people compare because they think every 100 years, a pandemic occurs. Looking back to the past, starting with these years I am going to mention now, a pandemic has occurred without fail:
1720- Plague or Black Death
1820- Cholera Attack
1920- Spanish Flu ( the most deadly one with about fifty (50) million people)
2019-2020 ( coronavirus or covid-19, the most unpredictable one until now)
Even though, covid-19 has not passed the Spanish Flu when we refer to mortality rate, we don't know when is going to end and how many people will die for it. The 1720's plague known as Marseille pandemic and the 1820's one (Cholera) were caused by a bacteria. On the other side, the Spanish Flu originally from United States it was caused by virus Influenza A (H1N1). The covid-19 originally from China, it is caused by a virus too. It has spread rapidly around the world and oppositely to Spanish flu in which so many young people died, covid-19 has killed people of all ages. I don't want to lose my main point here; the message or lesson behind covid-19, but I think is important to include this information.
Truth is that covid-19 has been a tragedy, but it has made possible some changes, improvements and it has created a higher level of consciousness. Due to the quarantine, one of those changes was the delay on Earth Overshoot Day 2020 (day in which the consumption of natural resources by the population exceeds the capacity of the Earth to regenerate them that year). There has been an improvement for the animals. They have taken advantage of people's quarantine to go out and walk the streets in different parts of the world. An example, the online portal France 24 wrote a news about a cougar seen walking in Santiago, Chile. In Italy, they saw dolphins swimming on the shores, specifically, in Cagliari. Wow! It looks like if without this time, maybe they would have remained hidden. Also, some ducks were seen happily walking in Paris. These are just a couple of examples because if I decide to include all of them, definitely I would need extra pages. Then, this post would become so long and boring.
When I make mention of HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS that is my focus. I believe and I am sure that covid-19 surprised us in any way you look at it and in different levels depending on each one. If that virus was dropped out by Chinese people they are the ones who know, but what I know is that at the same time, it has created a movement like never before making possible a deeper human connection, even with the social distance and the new way of making contact. It is true and evident that it has killed so many people, but so many others have been born. The birth rate is increasing now. What a BLESSING!! I don't know if this is your case, but from ten (10) woman I can possible know, at least seven (7) are pregnant or are in their post-partum year. This is a new babies generation making history for being born during pandemic time. I feel they will be kids who represent a new world's concept; a world with higher level of consciousness and more aware of things around. I like when I see through the internet people staying home (those who can and do) and they are building what you call a real home. Also, there are people cleaning up themselves from the inside-out because now they are adopting a new way or a healthier lifestyle ( physical and emotional). I must let you know that I am very aware about how hard is for other people to face this new reality and being locked. There is a group of people who can't: see their loved ones, go out, travel, work as they usually do, etc... I know there has been an increase in depression cases, but in human's re-connection and understanding towards others too. Also, people has begun to think differently, they really listen to others because today everything is an opportunity and a privilege when you are able to do something for you and others. For example, if you can't see someone now, then you want to listen carefully to what that person wants or has to tell you and consequently, a better connection is created. People who are sceptic or who has lack of faith are praying because they have become more spiritual due to all things happening in the world today. We live in a world that is ALWAYS in a hurry, but covid-19 has made us stop because now we have more time or maybe we have the same one, but we invest it differently. I know from people who are making things they don't remember how much time passed since the last time they did it. They are meditating, re-connecting with family, making new friends, doing things they really like, they are actually thinking, but when I write thinking, I really mean it because sometimes you don't even have enough time to think deep about something. Besides that, people are reading more because they want to know any important updates about the virus and to be more consciousness about what is happening around them and the world; it is a reinvent. The covid-19 has made us cleaner people. In my case, I have always been, but sometimes I feel my hands are going to disappear because of cleaning them every two minutes per day. It is this world ASKING and SCREAMING OUT for a cleaner environment and to do so, people has to be first. Earth has to heal.
Anyway, this HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS process is not done yet and it will continue with so many hits and global consequences. Now is due to this pandemic, but later on, it will be a new thing because we can't deny it, life is an unavoidable constant change. That is why clearly the message behind the covid-19 is to learn to live with HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS to live a better life.
